An interesting fruitwood miniature bell top bracket clock standing only 7 inches high, the one day movement having a chain fusee to the going train, a balance wheel verge escapement and striking the hours on a bell, with repeat and alarm, with a strike/silent lever and regulation disc to the backplate and with the backcock to the balance wheel fretted and engraved. The 2½ inch arched brass dial having an enamelled chapter ring with Roman hour numerals, an alarm disc to the centre, and raised decoration to the corners and arch.
